MATHER COMMUNITY CAMPUS
Our Family Transitional Housing program at the Mather Community Campus provides shelter with supportive services to homeless families with children.
This program provides housing and supportive case management to provide individualized case management to assist participants with overcoming barriers to long-term housing.
Family Transitional Housing is located at the Mather Community Campus. This program provides transitional housing to families while overcoming barriers to long-term housing. A comprehensive array of supportive services including but not limited to, case management, housing services, credit repair, employment assistance, mental health support, AOD treatment support, and temporary rental assistance.
Campus Accommodations:
- Fully furnished unit with private kitchen and bathroom
- Convenient location within walking distance of restaurants, sports complex, playgrounds, and other services
- Coin-operated laundry rooms
- A clean and sober living environment
- Onsite computer lab
On-Site Services
- Work skills development and life skills classes available
- Case management
- Credit counseling
- AOD meetings and support
- Professional mental health services as needed
- Veteran services available on-site
- Criminal record expungement assistance
Eligibility Requirements:
- Resident of Sacramento County
- Open to a sober living environment
- Open to working on goals that reach housing permanency
- Background must be free of violent criminal charges in the past 3 years, and no PC290 registrants
